Tarina was a young woman who lived in a busy city. She noticed that people always had trouble finding taxis. They would stand on the road, waving their hands, but the taxis would just drive by. Or the taxi drivers would be rude and refuse to go where the people wanted.

"This is not right," thought Tarina. "People need to get to work, to school, to the hospital. They need reliable transport."

She decided to start her own taxi company. But she didn't have money to buy cars. So she had a brilliant idea. "There are many people who have cars but don't drive them all the time. Maybe they can be taxi drivers in their free time!"

She created an app on the phone called "Tarina Taxi." Anyone with a car could sign up to be a driver. And anyone who needed a ride could use the app to call a car.

At first, people were not sure. "Is it safe?" they asked. "Is it expensive?"

Tarina made sure all the drivers were checked and safe. She made the prices fair. And she made a rule: "Always be polite and smile."

Soon, people started using Tarina Taxi. They loved it! The cars were clean, the drivers were friendly, and they arrived quickly. You could see on the map where your car was.

Tarina's company grew bigger and bigger. She expanded to other cities, then other countries. She became a very successful businesswoman.

But she never forgot why she started. One day, she saw an old lady waiting for a taxi in the rain. No cars were stopping. Tarina stopped her own car.

"Where do you want to go, aunty?" she asked.

"To the hospital," said the old lady. "But I don't have much money."

"Don't worry," said Tarina. "This ride is on me."

She drove the lady to the hospital herself. The lady didn't know she was being driven by the owner of the biggest taxi company in the world!

Tarina proved that you can solve big problems with simple ideas and a kind heart.
